Arrival and Check-In

On weekdays, buses drop off and pick up at the Group Center, located on the west side of the Museum off Cornell Drive, just south of the parking garage entrance. Buses can only turn right into the parking lot; download our map (PDF) for details. Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before any scheduled event or program. Your reservation materials will confirm your assigned drop off location and provide directions.

We do not provide school bus or motorcoach parking. Visit Choose Chicago for bus parking options. Paid automobile parking is available in the Museum's underground parking garage.

Accessibility

The Museum is committed to providing a quality experience for all guests. Our Sensory Map and Communication Book can assist with your visit, and field trip organizers may be interested in our Field Trip Social Narrative. You can request these items when you arrive at the Museum.
